It came after Halloween
When I was looking at it I looked to see where it was coming from and it sad Illinois it did not. It came from overseas. So shipping took a very long time so I did not get to ware it this Halloween. When I received it it did not come with the head piece so I had to order one on Amazon. At least the quality of item seems ok but I did not get to wear it
