Refund policy

At Leela Rituals, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer flexible return and refund options to support your shopping experience while staying fully compliant with consumer protection laws in the United States and the United Kingdom

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable will be clearly stated on the product page and are not eligible.

We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect on our end.

UK Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with UK consumer laws, customers in the UK have a 14-day cooling-off period. This means:

  • You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
  • We will issue a full refund, including standard shipping charges (if any), once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note: The 14-day cooling-off period applies only to unused and undamaged goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming your return status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check first with your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.

If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us via email.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition
  • Orders returned after the 30-day window
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available). If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

How to Return

To begin a return, please email us at contact@leelarituals.com, and we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Cost of your return items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns (e.g., size, style preference, or change of mind).
  • Returns due to defects, damages, or incorrect items received will be free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return label in such cases.

Additional Information

  • Leela Rituals and its parent company Wyzen LLC do not manufacture the products sold and cannot guarantee material origin (e.g., not made from original gold or precious metals).
  • This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures your rights are respected as a consumer.
