Order Cut-Off Time

All orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT -07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver) will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT -07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver) on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom.

  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time (including processing): 5–8 business days

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and the United Kingdom. We do not support international shipping outside these regions.

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we strive to meet our stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions, carrier issues).

Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Refused delivery
  • Missed delivery attempts without customer follow-up

We will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply) or refunded (minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs).
