I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received my order.
I’ve contacted customer support and I’ve gotten the same exact message back3 different times saying that my order takes 7-8 business days. It’s been 30 days & I still have not received it.
My Grandaughter loved this Costume. luckily we got it just in time. We had a backup costume just in case but was so happy this arrived in time.
Product arrived damaged. Additionally, I requested that the item be cancelled because it would not arrive within the time that was listed on the website. I was told that it could not be cancelled, so I accepted that. However, the item arriving damaged made this shopping experience very unpleasant.

Still haven't received my order and its been over 30 days since ordering. No one will respond to me anymore! Do not recommend this company at all!
